The design-build system also works for you on the budget front. Oak Tree Construction often provides better prices and information regarding construction methods than any outside architect would. Considerations for budget start at the outset of the Design, not in the middle of construction.
Many Design-build projects are completed sooner and are more flexible than traditional projects because there are fewer calendars to work around. A design-builder can start construction before the final design is completed. Oak Tree Construction can provide you early project scheduling and support by ordering long-lead time items before the design is completed.

About the Owners
Mike and Donna work with the Oak Tree Construction team to provide quality workmanship and service. Mike was in the real estate business for over 20 years prior to construction and can offer insight on moving or staying, layouts, overbuilding, etc.
Oak Tree launched in 1991 and has been a member of NARI Greater Chicagoland since 1999.
Donna Dew, CR is co-owner, along with her husband Mike Dew, CR, CKBR, of Oak Tree Construction Services, Inc., based in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Donna has served as Greater Chicagoland NARI PR committee member since 2000 and held the position of Chairman for the last 5 years. She has also been a member of the Board for 9 years, serving as Secretary for 4 of those years. She held the office of Chapter President in 2006 and Chairman of the Board in 2007and 2008. Donna is also mother to 4 children and Grandma to Oliver, Aiden, Rory and Alexander.
Mike has earned two certifications through NARI, Certified Remodeler (CR) and Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR). He brings knowledge, professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm to each and every customer and project.
